Passed on allowing me to transfer my entire patient account to this location due to what I need at the current time! Have a rather large amount of prescriptions that is due within a few days! But again, due to what is currently needed he would not even take my on as a new patient. Will be letting my Specialist office know as well as the other to stay away from this particular pharmacy. Prime example of HOW NOT to conduct business! If you can get in with the Lafollette location I highly recomend.
They need to seriously learn how to answer a phone, apparently none of them know how!
I just wish the staff other the ones in the back you don't talk to,were more friendly is all. The lady at the window literally kept pronouncing my last name wrong forever,after I told her it was wrong more than once. I think she actually just done it like that on purpose. .bc how do you literally pronounce a name wrong when you have been told SEVERAL times? But now she's nice as ever and don't even ask me what my meds are or anything...which that is a plus.
Very rude, intimidating pharmacist. Held me up I feel purposely over a legally prescribed prescription. Arrogant and belittling. Will never ever go back even if it's a matter of life or death
