Campbell County Health Department

Took my kids here for dental cleaning and care, always took forever, people weren’t the friendliest. My kids always complained that they caused more pain in their teeth. I even called to complain because I was two minutes late and they tried telling me they couldn’t see me son because I was two minutes behind the appointment. Most offices have a five minute window so I argued that and they my son had already been counted as absent from school and now I couldn’t even get a school note!!!! I would never recommend this place!!!!!!

Terri, Shae, Barbara... Y'all are wonderful people and have been the biggest blessing to me. Having a preemie during middle age was terrifying but from helping me sign up on WIC, to helping get coverage for amino acid formula when it was discovered my baby was allergic to milk protein, to making sure we had everything we needed, and calling to check on us and see how we were getting along... for nearly 4 years now, you've been amazing and I love y'all very much. You became like family through the tough times and I can't even tell you how much I appreciate you. Didn't mean to leave Bertha out either. Some of the very best people work at our health department and we're blessed as a county to have them.

This hardworking men and women have been dealing with the weather and working long hours to serve our community! They have a smile on their face and a great disposition. Thank you for your service!! Great experience both times!

After calling and speaking with the rude person who answered the phone, I dread needing to go here. Very rude and hang up on me mid sentence (thanking her).

After my visit made feel dumb and I am really not going to get into all of it because it will make me get depressed again. 😔
