This office should be closed down. Do not go here. Save your time and effort. I am a 28 year old in excruciating pain, I cannot get them to answer the phone for referrals or medication refills - my doctor left the practice and they did not inform me. After weeks of calling when I get someone to answer, they put me on hold for the phone to then go to voicemail. I had to call medical records of the hospital I had a procedure done at myself to get my results because they “never receive” them. I have been a patient here for years, because I love Dr Cessana. However, in the past year the office staff has made it completely impossible to see the doctor when I need to. She's the best doctor I've ever had, but the headache and frustration of the current setup isn't worth it.

Between the staff members which can be rude and Casey Kilborne they are completely inept and incompitent. Tried to get a referral to a different specialist in order to get a second opinion for several WEEKS only for them to say "you already see a specialist, you don't need a referral." Prior to all this time passing I told Casey Kilborne IN PERSON that I needed the referral for a SECOND OPINION. Dr. Dimarco will only treat your ailment so much until he gives up on you and will not perform other tests or send referrals. I have been livng with chronic illness for years now and do not have time to waste with people who don't prioritize my health. Don't waste your time here as little to nothing will be accomplished.
