Very friendly when picking up prescriptions and very helpful in giving directions on medications if needed. They know their clients and that means a lot. Only pharmacy I will use.

Ricks is great! I came from Walgreens which was awful in so many ways. So I haven't been at Ricks long, but I've already picked up 3 times. They are super fast. Compared to what I dealt with at Walgreens, it's jaw dropping fast! There very kind. I have 1 script that's a hassle with my insurance and the lady I talk to on the phone was super kind. Walgreens use to be smart and get an attitude with me. I would recommend this pharmacy over any corporate for sure. !!!

Rick's was able to obtain medications that others could or would not get, and at a very fair price! Always pleasant to deal with all of the folks in there! Never a problem with Medicare or other insurance I used to have. Special orders not a problem either!
