The staff was very efficient, I was seated at my appointment time, no waiting in the reception area. The nurse that seated me was very pleasant and accommodating. The Dr. that did the yearly exam was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that she was doing. I had several questions and they were all answered very thoroughly without feeling like I was being rushed out. Overall the visit was awesome. I would highly recommend for your dermatology care

I was driving down the road 33 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Seen by the Nurse who reviewed my histroy and chart with me, and PA, and even had a minor office procedure in that short time, without feeling rushed at all. Thanks to a caring and professional staff for helping me get the medication for my psoriasis. Thanks to Sydney Long, the person who handles the biologic medication, I am now living a better quality of life. She takes an interest in the patients and does not give up in seeking help. Dr Ford’s staff is the best for friendliness, kindness and professionalism. I have yet to experience a rude person. All are smiling and accommodating.

Dr Ford and his staff are great! They address each concern no matter how small the issue might be, and explain it throughly. The staff out front are always friendly and smiling. When making an appointment you can hear the young lady smiling when assisting you!
