Spire is hands down one of the best piercing shops — not just in Paducah, but anywhere. You know those badass shops you see on TikTok and think, “Man, I wish we had something like that here”? Well, we do — right here in Paducah, KY. This place feels like it belongs in Las Vegas or Miami. The vibe, the professionalism, the attention to detail — it’s on another level. Austin, the owner and master piercer, is self-made, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work and his business. That kind of dedication matters. I got a wild hair one day, 30 minutes into my hour-long lunch break, and decided to get pierced. I was in and out and back to work before my break was over. Quick, efficient, and extremely professional. If you’re even thinking about getting pierced, this is the place.

got my 🍒 pierced here. It was a very vulnerable piercing to get of course I felt a little uncomfortable at first but Austin really went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and smooth by making me laugh or simply leaving conversation flowing. He was quick but took his time to where the piercing came out awesome and has been healing good. I definitely recommend this place:)

I went to Spire for my first piercings, and since then I haven’t gone anywhere else. Austin and Kim are phenomenal, and they always make sure to you feel welcome! Aside from the beautiful atmosphere, the service and quality of their jewelry is incredible. I truly can’t sing their praises enough. If you are in the area, you must go to them!! They will make sure you get exactly what you want. I 10000% recommend them to everyone!

Best piercings around. Even after living in Louisville and Baltimore, I still try to get everything done here. Never experienced any infection or abnormal discomfort. Excellent options for jewelry, and the studio is very nice/ clean. Austin and Kim and good people who deserve the patronage.

My daughter got her ears pierced and the gentleman that did them was great! He worked us in without an appointment and we were in and out in no time! Will definitely recommend him to friends.
