I've been trying to get my prescription refilled since last week, and this office has been nothing but unhelpful. I called and was told a refill would be sent within two days, but nothing was sent. Even my pharmacy tried reaching out and was ignored. By day four, when I called again to ask why, I was pressured to schedule an appointment before anything would be done. When the prescription was finally sent the next day, it was the wrong one - they sent the generic even though my insurance only covers brand. This was on a Friday, and I had to wait until Monday to speak to someone. When I finally got through, the staff member barely spoke English, told me someone would call me back, and then hung up when I asked for a name. After that, my calls were repeatedly ignored. I have been going to this office for a few years now. I love Dr Iqbal. When he is not available (at a diff office) he has medical staff to see you for non emergency issues. His front desk staff is great. Indira (SP) holds the office down and any appts, refills, or paperwork need I can rely on her to get it done. Some of the nursing (assistants) do need a bit more customer service training. I find one or two of them to be unprofessional and lack bedside manner. This is very bad because the Dr is great and personable.

This location now belongs to a different doctor- Dr. Pervaiz Iqbal. This doctor and his staff are amazing! I have had asthma all my life, I had it under control for some time, but it started acting up again, along with some chest pan I could not handle. I went to this doctor who recommended medications that helped me within one day! One day.......who does that??? His staff is super friendly and they also provide refreshments such as coffee, tea, and water while you wait. The doctor is so friendly and he is patient. He listens to you while you talk and explains everything. I highly recommend this doctor for not only asthma, but any medical issues, he is highly knowledgeable!
