I don't post negative reviews unless I absolutely feel the need to. I visited the office recently and there was a big communication issue. The receptionist stated that she needed special codes from my insurance company before seeing me. I completely understand that.... but I made my appointment about 3 weeks prior. Why didn't anyone reach out to me or my insurance company in the days leading up to my appointment? Mind you, their automated system kept sending me alerts about my upcoming appointment. The receptionist stated that she would call my insurance company and get the appropriate codes and call me back on Monday. I never received a call. Lack of professionalism on their behalf. Dr. Gandhi is a professional and skillful dentist. He worked patiently on my implant. When he found my upper teeth and lower teeth did not bite correctly, he put special material between teeth, it corrected biting and I do not need to wear braces now. I would recommend him to other patients.

If I could give a negative star I would. All of these negative reviews are 100% accurate. Ghandi is horrible. I went in for a tooth pain I was having and I left still not knowing the reason for the pain. He kept telling me I had to get all of my wisdom teeth extracted without an explanation, he then told me that one of my wisdom tooth was fully out but it isn’t because I can physically feel it in my mouth still poking through my gums. When I asked him again why I had the tooth pain he responded again by telling me it had to be taken out. He is the worse dentist to go to, he also was eating just as the other reviews stated. As others said, very unprofessional working on multiple people at once. I don't mind waiting but just give me the proper treatment. Shoddy root canal work and would not even take my advice to give me a permanent filling and now about tooth needs a root canal. Avoid if you can better dentists nearby

Great Dentist! Everything from the booking to my implant were easy and smooth. He is gentle and explains everything so that i understand what i need. Very reasonably priced as well!
