I am always seen quickly and efficiently at my appointments. Everyone is competent and professional. I have been a patient of doctor Bowman for many years, and he has carefully monitored my progress. He performed my cataract surgery , which was a great success. He also sees me twice a a year to check my eye pressure because of genetic connections to glaucoma. I am very happy with Richmond Eye Associates.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bryan Brooks for years. I look forward to my annual appointments because he is always so thorough with the information he shares with me about the health of my eyes. He takes the time to catch up with me on life and is genuinely interested. My most recent appointment I had the pleasure of meeting his new assistant Jordan and she was wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Brooks, he is a top notch doctor.

I’ve been a patient with this practice since I was a teenager … I’m retired now. Started with Dr. David MacMillan in the early ‘70’s and now seeing Dr. Bryan Brooks for the last number of years. The care that I’ve received here has always been superb. Super nice people, compassionate, attentive to details, they listen and provide expert recommendations and care. I can’t speak highly enough of this practice, doctors, and Dr. Brooks in particular!

New patient experience: I found the building easily, clearly marked with the number. The main reception had friendly people hanging about, who dint bother me until it looked like I didn’t know where I was going. Then they pointed out the office. They were really nice. Inside the office, reception was calm, friendly and had 4 people receiving patients, so everyone who walked in got immediate attention. There was no back of a computer monitor right in my face. There were smiling people. I was on time, and was called back promptly where Cynthia compiled my record and did all the basic tests and drops and measures of diabetic eye care. I saw Dr Greene, who listened to what I had to say and was in and out. I got a follow-up appointment for next year. I shopped the glasses selection while I wait

In search of a new “in network” eye doctor, I settled on Richmond Eye Associates based on other publicly available positive feedback. The ease of making a new patient appointment and the professionalism of the front end staff during check in was impressive. I also had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Hughes. He checked all the boxes.. personable, inquisitive and knowledgeable. He also double-checked everything his nurse previously documented that day to ensure my new prescription was correct. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will be returning to Richmond Eye for my next eye exam.
