Dr. Hsu is a world class specialist and anybody can be happy to have him as a surgeon. This is a review of his office staff. I had a phone follow up consult with Dr. Hsu in June and I was offered surgery. I decided to still wait and delay surgery to see if I can improve my condition without taking the risk of a surgery. Nobody mentioned there is a fee for follow up consult and I believed it was included in the initial payment I made. Fast forward in December I received a phone call from Collection Agency saying I owe $150 and they told me bill was sent to me multiple times and always returned in the mail as undelivered. Guess what?? They had the wrong address in the Dr. Hsu's office. I never received anything. My issue is that nobody from the admin or billing department tried to contact

From the beginning, I felt so comfortable with Dr.Hsu - things took a huge turn after my surgery. I put all of my trust into his hands after looking up research and reviews - after my surgery, my symptoms have gotten so much worse, and the lack of care from him and the staff has been disgusting. I was mocked on the phone asking why my symptoms were getting worse and not going away with my nausea and vomiting daily post surgery - i have been in the ER since the surgery more than once, and I currently am 6 months out - I still am vomiting weekly, if not daily and in constant pain daily with no relief. I will never recommend this doctor or this office to anyone - this surgery was a serious one, and the aftercare, or lack there of, is not okay.

Had surgery in January of this year and felt so much worse after surgery, Dr. Hsu said there was no way I had any other compressions. Fast forward 6 months post op I’m in Germany to get surgery on, guess what? My severe NCS & SMAS, MTS, PCS & returned MALS. You shouldn’t be so arrogant over things you know nothing about, but glad I trusted my own intuition instead of his advice.

I am from Connecticut and as am I weight loss unintentionally, Dr. Richard Hsu listening me and found right way my illness and did the right surgery to safe my life. I strongly recommend for my family, friends and any one else needs that. I am so gratefully for all his team too. Mara De Almeida.
