Rice Creek Family Dentistry

I had my first visit at Rice Creek Family Dentistry on Monday, February 16, 2026. My first encounter was with Aubrey, the office manager. She took me to the exam room. She was friendly, personable, kind and professional. After she took my x-ray, Dr Biwer came in. He was just as friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel as though he was in a rush. He was willing to answer any questions I had. I felt a sense of comfort after speaking with him concerning my treatment options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I am looking forward to returning for treatment. I highly recommend this dentistry!

I was so skeptical for about 4 years since I’ve moved here from up North. I looked up this dental office and read the profile for Dr. Biwer. I promise you this is the best dental office in South Carolina. I feel like I’m back up North with the treatment and procedures! Very professional and clean, precise, and up to date with all new treatments and techniques! I hadn’t the best dental assistants like Kenny, he was so awesome with informing me and encouraging me along the way! A real pleasure! I’m so excited to be in the hands of expert doctors like Dr.Biwer and His staff along with management is amazing! I most definitely recommend this office with 10 stars!

I recently scheduled a last minute appointment at this office after chipping a front tooth. I already have a regular dentist in Greenville, but I needed to be seen sooner. The dental hygienist was excellent! She was very caring, thorough, and probably one of the best cleanings I’ve had. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was very different. After a very brief exam, I was told I had between 6–9 cavities, and the conversation quickly escalated from “a cavity” to “you’ll probably need a root canal.” I was shocked by both the number of issues presented and how quickly such an invasive procedure was suggested. I was very pleased with my experience at Rice Creek. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable since I am a very nervous patient at the dentist. Shout out to technician Tia who was sweet and gentle with me. Dr Biwer was also very nice and understood exactly what I needed done with my teeth.

I’ve been with Rice Creek since 2019. It started with great doctors and a great system. I attended my appointment six months ago and noticed a lot had changed to prolong a simple cleaning. I began to have reservations. Had another cleaning recently and the process was torture. First while I’m getting my teeth cleaned I hear nothing but a walkie talkie at my ear listing to each hygienist notify the doctor that they are ready for her to come to their room. She shows up and does not go in the order in which the hygienist said they were ready. My cleaning was first and done first, but had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her to see two other patients who were done after me. I did not like my interaction with the doctor. She was fast talking and did not answer or address any of my questions
