I had the absolute pleasure of getting a massage from Shannon, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and heard. She took the time to listen carefully to my needs and concerns, and it showed in every part of the session. Shannon is not just skilled — she’s incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how everything is connected. She was able to pinpoint tension I didn’t even know I had, and tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for.

I've been going here for years. They do accept insurance. I have had massages by many of their therapists before I found the one that does the best job for me. The place is always inviting, relaxing and the staff is very pleasant.
