Very neglectful, scheduled an appointment with my family and all took our day off work and then they told us there was no appointment scheduled

The Pawtucket office is horrible. I went there with Bronchitis and they refused to give me an antibiotic or anything. Kept saying it was viral. I know my body better than they do. Ended up at Urgent care 3 days later with Pnemonia! My white blood cells were so high they wanted to send me to the hospital. I needed one of my prescriptions filled and they made me make an appointment so I lost time from work and had to pay a copay just to go in and have them hand me the prescription. Today I call because I an having allergies and my eyes are really itchy and they told me to go to Urgent care! if they can't even treat allergies imagine what would happen if you really need them for something serious. Horrble place. I will never go back there!

Great Team. From reception to MD & NPs, all are professional and caring. They offer quick response and follow up. I offer their practice to everyone.

The staff was friendly and my provider was attentive and thorough.
