Rhinebeck Dental Care is outstanding. I had a dental emergency, and they got me in right away. The entire team was incredibly professional, kind and calming during a really stressful moment. I am truly grateful for their quick response and top-notch service. Highly recommend.

BEWARE DON'T RESCHEDULE IT WILL BE HELD AGANIST YOU I’ve been a patient here, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I had to reschedule two appointments and ultimately had to cancel them because life happens, and things came up. When I tried to make a new appointment, I was told I could no longer schedule in advance because of the rescheduling and cancellation. Instead, I was told to call daily to see if there were cancellations and go in on the same day if something opened up. I understand the need for policies, but this feels extremely inflexible and unrealistic for patients who have busy schedules. Life is unpredictable, and it seems unfair to penalize someone this harshly for needing to make adjustments. A little more understanding and accommodation would go a long way.

I loved my first time here. Sandy was amazing! Dr. Ross was also great. Loved the care there as a first time customer. After that experience I decided to make them my dental place going forward. Any call I have had to make has been easy and all stay were positive and polite.

I am new to the area, so this was my first visit to Rhinebeck Dental Care. I felt warmly welcomed! Sandy, the hygienist, was kind, informative and thorough, yet gentle. Dr. Ross was welcoming and thorough. I never felt pressured into unnecessary work or procedures. I highly recommend this professional group!

Dr. Ross is a very talented and great dentist. Makes it easy to go to the dentist. I’m 76 years old and have been to many dentist. They don’t compare to Dr. Ross. No wonder he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
