Came into the ER not feeling well and honestly had a really smooth experience. From the moment I was checked in, things moved efficiently and I didn’t feel ignored or brushed off. Jalliyah, my nurse, was especially helpful—she was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was explained clearly. The whole team worked well together to get me in and out without unnecessary waiting. Definitely one of the better ER visits I’ve had.

Excellent. My wife was in. Here for a few days on the 5th floor, and the staff was beyond awesome. Specifically nurse Emily a. and na cassidy. Took car of her and me and catered to our needs, above and beyond. Their beside manner needs to be the example that all hospitals follow.

This was one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had given the circumstances. I needed gallbladder removal that turned a bit more urgent than originally planned. The entire team was so incredibly kind, listened to my concerns and showed 10/10 level of care upon me waking from surgery (one of my big fears and previous trauma experiences at a different hospital). Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of me!

I just got home from a 5-day stay in the Neonatal ICU after the birth of my son and am still thinking about the individuals in the Labor & Delivery unit that helped me get through one of the most stressful times of my life. I will never forget the nurses that helped me and my son get home and will forever be grateful for your time, patience and graciousness. Thank you!!!!

My husband was brought to the ER for a seizure and the care was quick and efficient. Dr Carpenter was the ER doctor and she was terrific with care and getting him transferred to UNC chapel Hill for the care he needed. . The nurses were compassionate . Very happy with our experience
