Although we are expected to be on time as patients, this rule doesn’t apply to the office or how appointments are managed. After waiting for 75 minutes, I went to the front desk and have been informed it will be at least 30 more minutes before my 86 year old mom will be taken back. If my mom didn’t have to have a shot for her macular degeneration, we would have left by now. There has to be another system or technology that can solve this problem.

Had an appointment today at 9:45am still waiting in lobby for an hour to be seen for a Retina appointment. They should deny people who are late to their appointments and have them reschedule. People have other appointments to go too. 😠
