The place and people were great. The ad I answered was need 50 seniors to try the hearing aids for free. That is totally false they cost between 6: 000 and $3,000. Nothing free about it
Jamie and Cathy are a pleasure to see. They provide excellent customer service. Helped me resolve the issue of a stuck dome quickly and efficiently.
The process of getting practical and immediate treatment was so efficient. I’m used to a bit of a “run around” from health care providers but this was so streamlined, Bonus: the teamwork and kindness of the receptionist-Kathy, and the specialist Jeannie was genuine and made me feel like a person -not a “customer” with a number. Highly recommended!
My dog chewed the end off my hearing aid. Jamie was able to repair it on site. Hearing Life has been there for me for 7 years. Thx HL.
