I was recently seen as a work-in appointment after experiencing eye pain for several days. While I understood there would be a wait, I was very uncomfortable with how I was treated by one of the lead nurses, Linda. While sitting only a few feet away, I overheard her openly criticizing another nurse for bringing me back and expressing annoyance that I was being seen at all. This was unprofessional and inappropriate to discuss in front of a patient. On the other hand, the nurse who assisted me directly was very kind, answered all of my questions, and reassured me throughout the visit. Her professionalism and compassion were greatly appreciated. I am grateful that I was worked in, but no patient should feel unwelcome or like an inconvenience when seeking medical care. I hope this matter is

My mother was very impressed with how the doctor was thorough and answered all of her questions. She is very glad to have found his practice so close to where she lives.

A very fine place, everything quite thorough and well-explained; and they let me know ahead of time what I would be paying, quite important as I was a self-pay customer.

Dr. Indukuri Is wonderful. I initially delayed coming in to see him because the idea of an eye injection terrified me. Let me just say if that is something you are afraid of you do not need to worry at all. He has done multiple injections for me and he has a way of distracting you so you don’t even realize its happening and then it seems it’s over before it starts. It is not painful at all. They give you numbing drops right before. My sister sees him also and loves him also.

I had a procedure done here for a retinal hole. I was in and out very quickly and Dr. Indukuri and the staff were all wonderful.
