I cannot imagine post-op recovery without Cris! I leave each session feeling SO much better than I did when I walked in. I bought the package she recommended and glad I did. She also helps with exercises you can do at home between sessions that promote healing. Definitely recommend working with her if you are having surgery or in need of lymphatic drainage.

I went to Lymph In Motion after a mommy makeover (tummy tuck and breast augmentation). I was 4 weeks post-surgery and still struggling to get around.
