My son completed the process of braces…we are so pleased!!!! His teeth were very crowed so it was a long road but so worth it! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, & understanding. Then office is clean & organized, they pay action to details and make the kids feel supported and special all thought the journey, Highly recommended!!! Best team and an amazing doctor. We have been faithful clients with Doc Ak, from his silly wittiness to a simple stress-free experience for 2 years, we are more than elated. The staff is always so welcoming and greet you warmly. I wish more stars were allowed, this office really needs to be more than a top 10 list, more like, number 1 on every single list in the dental industry if possible. My kiddo has more than confidence after he got his braces off. He went to all his teachers and gave them great big smiles. They really made his braces coming off one of the best celebrations. Had the best experience at SmileOn! It was a long journey but all along the way Doc Ak and staff were amazing. While we did have a couple different ortho techs during our visits and they were all great, we predominantly had Melanie and she was fantastic. Took the time to explain everything that she was doing and answered all of our questions. Doc Ak was meticulous in his attention to detail and ensuring that we got the best results. The office staff was very organized and knowledgeable on all things that are involved in treatment including insurance. We have another daughter who is going to be starting her braces journey soon and there is no other place that we would consider taking her. If you are looking for the best, you have found it!
