First time to this office and I am absolutely and positively impressed! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient, as the entire appointment lasted about 45 minutes, which included time completing forms and performing tests prior to being seen by Dr Kelly. Dr. Kelly is amazing and his bedside manner is just spectacular. He is very thorough, provided all the information needed and took his time to clarify our concerns. I most definitely recommend Dr. Kelly and this practice.

I had been coming to Dr. Kevin Kelly for a very long time. I actually do not live in the area any longer but I drive the 2.5 hours it takes to get down there to have my appointments with him. Dr. Kelly is extraordinary. He explains things to you in layman’s terms so that you can understand them. He is kind, patient and has a great sense of humor. I can’t say enough god things about his office staff. They are all awesome. Friendly, accommodating and also very kind. Shandra has been there forever. She is just great at what she does at that front window. If you are looking for a Dr that has a really wonderful attitude and who genuinely cares about his patients then Dr. Kelly is the one for you.

Travelled 60 miles to get here. My insurance isn’t accepted in too many places. The reason I gave this office 5 stars is the staff. Love them. This is the first Drs office where I felt totally comfortable. Even though I was a new patient, they made me feel so confident in their services. Need an eye doctor? Consider this place.

We found Dr Kelly after some difficult experiences with another provider. I am very happy we did. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with. They helped us get thru getting my files from the previous provider. Dr Kelly was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Everyone was attentive to our questions and requests.

The very best service I can ever wish for. All the nurse techs are so kind and some have become friends. Being treated by Dr Shields is always a pleasant experience. I travel quite a distance to be treated by him, a worthwhile trip - my favorite medical outing. Thank you.
