As long as they receive all the money they want, you will receive treatment. Otherwise, you are out of luck. Please be cautious of clinics like this; it's standard practice for facilities to try to extract as much out-of-pocket money from you as possible. If you request only the services covered by your insurance, they will refuse to treat you. This is a perfect example of the issues within our current medical and insurance industry

My sister has retinitis pigmentosa, so when she told me she was seeing a shadow out of the corner of her eye, I immediately took her to the ER. The ER doctor told us what we had already suspected, her retina had detached. I was worried. RP is a rare and time sensitive eye condition. It was on a Friday and it was very early in the morning, still dark outside. Most of the ophthalmologist were closed on Fridays. The ER doctor left the room to go call my sisters ophthalmologist. He returned not even 10 minutes later and said that her ophthalmologist did not do that kind of surgery, but he did recommend someone who did. His name was Dr. Montzka, and if we could be at his office in 45 minutes, Dr. Montzka would meet us there. The ER doctor was amazed. He said it usually takes them up to 9 hours

Kim, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and warm....and efficient. She referenced all of the documents I had sent from California. I visited other specialists here and this is the best team and the best doctor.
