As a result of treatment at R&R, I have realized that my chronic, misdiagnosed pain is not something I have to suffer with for the rest of my life. I experienced quite noticeable improvement after just the first visit and have learned so much about why my body is the way it is and how to help it heal. Rachel is a knowledgeable professional with a gift for healing. She is kind, non-judgmental, and genuine. The office is a peaceful escape and you will be made to feel comfortable. After many years of lower back pain I went hoping for a miracle and boy did I find it!I have only had 3 sessions and I can't remember a time when I felt this good!
