I set them to be my PC. The people here are really nice. I like them. However, their set up is absolutely horrible. We have troubles with me having multiple accounts. Now I had to come back because they have a new system. They have moved to all online crap. No one at the front desk to help. Can't talk to no one on a phone. It's horrible. On top of that on line, not all the options are there that you need to pick. I get that it's 2025 but sometimes someone just wants to talk to someone and be guided on what to. Just want a live person. Again, the people there are nice. Nice people. If you do not mind zero set up help, zero appointment help, zero talking to someone for questions and all online platform, then this is a good place. 5 Stars for People there. -5 stars for business model setup.

Facility was clean and comfortable. I needed help with the kiosk out front and a young lady promptly came out and assisted me. The doctor was fabulous and full of energy and knowledge. She made me feel very welcome. She was able to diagnose what I had immediately and antibiotics were prescribed. I will not hesitate to use this facility again. . Be aware, they do not file any insurance so be prepared before you show up. You could also book your appointment online which I found very helpful. I was very grateful to have this facility available this morning as my primary doctor was booked up and I needed to be seen before the weekend.

It is definitely helpful to have a clinic open after work hours. The nurse practitioner that is generally here is informative, polite, and takes care of her patients. The downfall of this facility comes from one particular nurse who acts like she does not want to be there, half listens, when you talk it seems like it's an inconvenience to her, and is short with responses and rude in her tone. I have encountered her enough times to say it's not just a bad day for her.

You cannot get a person on the phone - just a robot no matter how many times you ask to speak to a person unless you get on a waiting list to receive a text message. No one at the reception desk. You have to give your whole life story to a computer before you can make an appointment. Then we were told "we're closing soon, go to the ER" even though there was one appointment left available. My daughter said, "They're called Urgent Care but it wasn't urgent and they didn't care."

Absolutely great care and helpful THANK YOU Thank you for being there and do needed in our Cairo community I had a tide pod squirted me in the eye 5 hrs later Conjunctivitis & Infection and treated. With shots and meds for a few wks SECOND TIME TREATED AND YALL ARE AWESOME 😎 THANK YOU
