At first the eye doctor was a sweet woman that seemed like she knew what she was doing at first there was no issues got my eyes checked great so I elected to get my prescription glasses through firmoo which I have never had any issue with about 6 weeks later I got my glasses hen I put them on oh my hell I couldn’t see straight they made my eyes go cross eyed so after about ten mints I took them off with bad headache so I took them to Cairo eye car to have them checked they checked them and said they was the right prescription their doctor gave me so I tried wearing them for a few days absolutely couldn’t. C E C said I have to get used to them knowing there was no way I can wear that perscription I went to another eye doctor recieved a new perscription which was totally different from the

The staff was very professional and nice. Dr. Hartsfell explained everything to me so I understood what care I needed to help protect my eyes. I really liked being able to pick out my glasses on spot and the staff was very helpful. Overall the staff were very nice, and pricing was very affordable. I would recommend Cairo Eye Care for your eyes!!

I have been going to this office since I was less than two years old. Always a great experience over the past 40 years. Very thorough exams, ordering frames and lenses in a timely manner to fit my needs. Great service!

Being new to the area In April a close friend highly recommended Cairo Eye Care. After experiencing issues (from the beginning), I expressed the issues, leaving voice mails (with no call back), and even leaving a request to speak directly with the doctor (with staff acknowledgement that I would be called back the following day) I am left with the following summary. I would not expect reliable service and will not recommend this facility.
