Extremely well organized and seamless — the transition from check‑in to triage, through the procedure and into recovery, was truly flawless. Every staff member and medical professional I interacted with was exceptionally professional, sympathetic, and genuinely pleasant. Despite being extremely anxious, I felt deeply cared for the entire time. I love the TIVA sedation method; going under was subtle, smooth, and surprisingly relaxing. Greeting at registration desk and pre procedure nurse set the stage for a good experience. They made me feel welcome and calm, cared for and valued. The anesthesiologist was calm a little fast moving was concerned thinking dont let my iv come out as we walked to the procedure room but it did not. He was pleasant and nice demeanor. Met my doctor for first time in the procedure room. Was caring and calm and answered my questions. Preprocedure blnurse continued the experience as she was pleasant, attentive, and asked if I was ready instead of telling me. Then promptly brought my belongings and provided after endoscopy care instructions. Dr. Trevino and staff were a good group. No issues with waking up afterwards, no sore throat. I would revmccomend this team.

I had a great experience here. The doctor and everyone else were incredibly professional and knew their business, and the procedure was run very efficiently. It was fairly busy when I got there, but I was called in exactly on time and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Preop nurses were outstanding. Dr. Trevino (GI) and Dr. Siddiqui (Anesthesia) were equally outstanding. The entire team set me up perfectly, I slept wonderfully, received my post procedure instructions, and went home. What more can you ask? As a fellow physician, I can honestly say that everything was absolutely pristine. What a smooth experience!!! Thx!!
