I am a 65 year old woman who has been going to Chris for several months due to my many medical conditions. I have cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis which cause me intense pain every day! I also have horrible bunions on both feet that cause pain and muscle cramping in both feet and lower legs! Chris utilizes a variety of techniques to greatly reduce my chronic pain in all of these areas and, as a result, my quality of life has dramatically improved!! In addition, I have also been able to reduce my pain medications (Gabapentin and Robaxin).
