Very good health practice. Mark is on the correct path when it comes down to truthful care for a patient. In knowing him previously and now in his practice, care for me well keep getting better. Perpetual Health is the cutting edge to a more effective, positive way of healthcare. I give it a 10 star rating because it is the patient in all respect that is #1 and to make MONEY as practices do(and probably A LOT) comes second. Mark is the best pcp that I have had. He is very thorough, caring, progressive, and down to earth. His office staff is very knowledgeable and kind, always answering my million of questions! He had made judgement calls for testing that resulted in my daughter being able to finally, after years, figure out what was wrong with her. She ended up getting brain surgery and had to go to Seattle to see a specialist and Mark was with us through every part of our journey. We hope to never have to get a different provider! Thank you Mark and staff!

I've had the privilege of being a patient of Mark's for quite a few years. I appreciate his willingness to listen and always has your best interest at heart. My husband isn't even a patient of his and he'll still ask how he is doing every appointment I have with him, just affirmation he is a great family man. He offers holistic and modern medicine advice which I appreciate. He is the first doctor I have had that I will refer people to. His nurse Jessica is always so sweet and non judgemental. I've never felt out of place or judged when going to see Mark.

As always mark takes great care of me, listens to my concerns and offers suggestions for follow up’s or advanced care concerns. He’s great for us geriatric persons and we can trust him to do right by us. Him and his staff are supper. Five stars

Dr. Martindale is a great doctor. Very caring. He actually listens to you and doesn’t rush through your visit. Office staff are great also. I was up all night and needed to see the doctor, I called the next morning when they opened at 8am they said to come right in. I’m so thankful to have such a wonderful doctor.
