Renown Urgent Care – Vista

I would rather do all things medically related myself, but i had occasion to need Renown Urgent Care on Vista in Sparks a couple times and have to let you know, from someone literally diagnosed with medical trauma PTSD for my history of real emergencies and truly horrible medical professionals... I will say this nice little place makes me feel a bit more safe being I had two very positive and effortless experiences recently. Purely professional, no personalities, just medical attention. Nice very large, dim, mostly quiet waiting room with different sections. Very rapid friendly intake. Staff seems genuinely happy. Short lines. Not crowded when i've been there. Relatively short wait, I want to say 15-20 minutes my first visit, and 20-30 minutes the second time...it wasn't short or long. (I

It’s impressive, really, how quickly Dr. Robert Bogart can dismiss a patient’s input without much thought. Thoroughness doesn’t appear to be part of his process, and god forbid you suggest something might be wrong beyond the most obvious explanation you’ll likely be met with indifference. Negligence might be too strong of a word for some, but when a physician makes you feel like your concerns are inconvenient rather than worth investigating, it’s hard not to wonder how many issues slip through the cracks. A little effort in ruling out complications would go a long way toward building patient trust, but unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be a priority or the case here. If you value feeling heard and cared for, I’d recommend seeking another provider who understands that patient concerns are

This place has a very processional and caring staff. I was treated in the nicest possible way by everyone I encountered there on a recent visit. And they were very prompt!

Staff here is very nice and we’re incredibly kind to accommodate me just before closing to get a last-minute TB skin test for my job. Especially very grateful for medical assistant Isaac R who was very kind, did a great job of explaining, and went above and beyond to help me get this skin test at the last minute for my employment.

Talk about rude and disrespectful girls working here and a terrible manager with absolutely no care or compassion. If your looking for a rude and disrespectful experience this is your place!!!! Would absolutely NEVER reccomend you go here. Terrible renown location. The worst. For a medical facility these folks should be ashamed how they treat a walk in.
