Renown Urgent Care – Los Altos

I have to say this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. For the last couple months I’ve been dealing with a pneumo and have had to come here for many different issues along the way. Although I feel a bit embarrassed that I’ve been here so many times, I feel so very welcomed and remembered each time. Such great people and I love the relationships they have with each other. It seems like a fun group and I feel taken care of every single time! Everyone from the front desk folks to the X-ray techs they’ve all been so kind. Might I add sometimes I’ve had to bring my 4yo with me and they are so sweet and very helpful with that. Nothing but great things to say about the folks at this location. Thank you ALL so very much!!!

Got me in same day appointment. I did have to wait in Libby for 45 mins but that’s the way it goes sometimes when places are busy. All and all the reception to the MA to the Dr we’re all nice and efficient. I am here from out of town and come back…hopefully I don’t need to though. Also Walgreens across the street filled my prescription within 15 mins after visit. That was awesome

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was nothing short of discriminatory. Despite checking in, I was never seen. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I noticed multiple people who arrived after me being called in, while I continued to be overlooked. When I approached the front desk for an update, I was told, “I’ll text them right now and see when they’re going to see you.” That was the only response I received. This experience left me feeling disregarded and dismissed. No patient should be treated this way

Dana Julian APRN was having a bad day on 02/16/2026 and took it out on an autistic patient that struggles with communication (myself) While it was not her fault that my appointment was 6:45pm and I was not seen until 7:30pm which resulted in my missing the xray technicians (they leave at 7:30) so I was unable to have my hand evaluated for a possible fracture, I undersrand that urgent care facilities are understaffed and over busy...it was definitely her choice to be completely dismissive of me and take it personally when I showed frustration for the inconvenience of sitting in a waiting room for over an hour to ultimately not recieve care. She literally rolled her eyes at me and said "I don't know why they make appointments" I don't know if Dana hates her job or just needs a vacation but

Appointment for a physical at 4. Asked at 445 how much longer and the can’t give me an answer. Didn’t get seen until 530 Have taken my sick son here before three times for the same illness over a two week span and they do nothing, after the third went to the ER on our own and he was diagnosed with a bacterial gut infection and pneumonia. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this place is ran by incompetent people that can’t do their job or keep to a schedule
