Renewal Dermatology

I went to schedule an appointment and the front desk didn’t answer the phone because it was five minutes before closing. The phones automatically switch off at four and no longer take calls for appointments. Clearly the front desk person is leaving early during business hours. It is already difficult to schedule an appointment.

I was seen today by one of the NP's I believe she was an NP. First off, the front desk was awesome, intake nurse was good as well. However, the NP seemed very rushed and short with me. When going through a body scans the provider will take their time and make sure every inch is intently covered. Today she took maybe 3 minutes to look me over. I will continue to go to the practice because overall I've had good experiences but I will not allow her to take care of me again.

I am a big fan of the healthcare providers of this office. Sarah Brady in particular, love their bed side manner. But unfortunately the front desk has shown yo drag this establishment down. I have another doctor that requested the skin biopsy from this office and was never transferred. And then today I had an appointment booked and they said it was never scheduled. I specifically asked for Mrs. Brady but she's booked for another several months and so I booked for 10am with a new practitioner that just came in. I come in and nothing.

Great practice! Very knowledgeable providers and the front desk always works with my busy schedule to see me when I am in town. I have also been to their MedSpa and love seeing Tracy and Nikki for Hydrafacials!
