Renew Wellness

I have been going to Renew Wellness physical therapy for a couple of months. It is the one located inside O2 in Carrboro. My therapist is Adam Luke. Adam is a very knowledgeable and talented physical therapist who has done a lot to relieve my shoulder pain. He has used a combination of dry needling, e-stim, and carefully planned exercises to gradually isolate and decrease the pain I feel on movement. What I like the best is that Adam is not just going through a rote menu of treatments but actually listens to me and tailors the treatments for exactly the problem I'm having. Adam had my highest recommendation.

Adam Luke is an excellent Physical Therapist. He helped me tremendously. Adam listened carefully as I described my symptoms and created a very effective personalized treatment plan. I felt significant improvement after the first session. And as we continued therapy my pain was completely gone! As an additional benefit for someone my age (60-something) my balance and stability improved. Not only is Adam very knowledgeable and patient; he is also highly motivating. His positive attitude and encouragement kept me on track to recovery. Adam ‘s sense of humor and cheerfulness was contagious which kept me moving and laughing while pushing myself to improve. I'm not only pain free now but I have also joined a gym and stated strength training due to Adam's help and encouragement.

I can’t enough positive things about Nate. He has helped me tremendously with my hip and shoulder. He knows I’m super active and provides exercises that fit well in my workout routine. He works with whatever level you are at and keeps your goals in mind to curate a very well-rounded program. 10/10!

This place was fantastic for my aging mother. She moved into senior living so can't use them now but very pleased with results and the care and dedication we received.

I came to Renew Wellness six weeks ago to address persistent pain in my right hip that was making my regular trail runs less enjoyable. This was my first experience with a PT. Adam Luke quickly assessed the problem, and prescribed a series of exercises that I'm performing three times a week. With follow up appointments Adam was able to monitor my progress. The pain is gone, and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely return when any other pain points develop.
