I have been to this place many times and completed a card which equal 10 visits. What they do is according to the amount of hours you had, they have some type of percentage you get that calculates the amount of time of your free visit. I started with some hour visits , and the rest were 90 minute visits. Big shout out to CC. I always enjoy her massages. Today was my free visit. My credit came to $66 credit which you can only use for the massage. None of it can be applied to the tip. The price went up I guess because I always pay cash. Today the price was $55 for an hour, so that left a $11 credit. I asked him to give it to my masseuse but he said no. I had to pay her tip out of my pocket. I went even there are negative feedbacks. The receptionist is friendly, the therapist is well trained. I paid $55 for a 60min full body massage with Hot stone and gave a voluntary tip. My experience was good enough to give a 5 star!!!

My masseuse was very professional, seemed to know exactly what my muscles needed. He honestly did such an amazing through job I feel like all my tightness is gone. I will definitely return, that said, if you’re looking for a gentle, Swedish style massage, you should mention this in advance as this is a real deep tissue, sports style massage.

We went to Renew Spa twice on our NYC vacation. The people are so nice, and they give the best foot & leg rubs I have ever had in my life. If you’re like us, walking 7-8 miles a day while on vacation, your feet deserve a treat. It’s in a great neighborhood, right off Broadway. Just walk up the stairs! I promise you won’t regret it! The music is calm & relaxing, there is free WiFi & comfy chairs. Just walk in! The first time we got an hour foot/leg massage and the second we did 45 because we had to catch a flight.

Best massage I’ve ever had. Deep tissue. Hot stone. Cannot beat the price. Foot massage was amazing as well. Will definitely be back!
