I do not recommend Dr. Steven Cai. His surgery on my parent resulted in complications. Before the surgery, he did not mention the possibility of those complications, rather, he presented the surgery as something routine. After the surgery, my parent followed up with him periodically. The doctor never solved the complications. As time went on, we found it harder and harder to get an appointment from him. He would try to cancel an appointment that was made months in advance. It seemed that he just wanted to wipe his hands clean and let us fend for ourselves. From day one, the doctor was very business-like and was never personable. My mom is one of Dr Cai’s patient, he is very professional and knowledgeable. My mom finally successfully completed her surgery last month, I’ll like to thank you Dr Cai and his team for their help, especially credit to the coordinator Jessica with her friendly and warm support, she even reply my message at the after hours, that very surprise me. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and we were referred to Dr.Cai. Great doctor, patient and knowledgeable, and would take time to listen to your questions. He even referred us to see, Dr.Henderson (who’s also wonderful) at Mount Sinai for breast reconstruction, never knew this option was available. Everything from doctor’s visits and surgery went really well. Also wanna give a special thanks to the surgery coordinator at this office, Jessica Mo for her great help for making the surgical procedure went really smooth. Wonderful team! Jessica Mo at the front desk is incredibly kind and always goes the extra mile to help with appointments, even outside regular hours. Dr. Steven Cai is professional and caring. I’m very thankful for this amazing clinic!

Dr Cai has been taking really good care of my Mom for the whole process. He is very professional and friendly. Especially during surgery, he turned on music and tried to help my mom to relax and ready for surgery since he knew my mom has high blood pressure. Also, he advised the staffs to send me message to alert me when the surgery is completed. He is very thoughtful. Beside him, his staffs are really nice and caring as well. I communicated smoothly with his staffs for the whole process of scheduling until surgery. Overall, it’s a nice and caring clinic for patients. I would recommend people to see him if you need treatments.
