Remedium Pharmacy

Since enrolling my mother in this delivery service, we’ve had to call every month to request her medications, even after setting up automatic refills. Deliveries are consistently late, and she has run out of medication multiple times. This month, she was promised delivery on Monday when she had one pill left, but it wasn’t delivered until after I called Tuesday when she had no medication remaining. This is unacceptable. We are considering switching providers and would not recommend this company if you rely on automatic refill deliveries. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they offer Spanish-speaking support, which allows my mother to communicate independently. Unfortunately, reliable delivery service is lacking and we have given this company plenty of time to fix this issue

My wife got medications from this pharmacy and while she was there, the staff was very rude and belittled her. She overheard the techs and pharmacists talking poorly about her in English. My wife doesn’t speak a lot of English but she understands when people speak poorly of her. Very rude and disrespectful of Remedium Pharmacy. Do better! I do NOT recommend this pharmacy for spanish speaking people as they will NOT treat you with respect. Truly unacceptable for a so called "healthcare" place. I'd do ZERO stars if I could.

I did not receive my medication delivery. When I called to report the issue, the staff was very rude and insisted the order had already been delivered and paid for in cash. This is not true — no delivery person ever came to our address, and we did not make any cash payment. Instead of helping investigate the issue, I was accused of calling too late to report it, even though I called right after the holiday season due to pre-planned travel. We chose this pharmacy because GoodRx listed a better price than other pharmacies. However, after the prescription was sent, we were told by the pharmacy staff that they do not honor GoodRx pricing. Their staff does a great job, they are helpful and those who work there are very pleasant. I love this pharmacy, they also do home delivery for free. The only thing I do not like are their shorter hours of operation. They close at 7 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday they close early afternoon and Sunday closed. I use to prefer a 24/7 pharmacy but find the majority of staff working at larger commercial chain drug store/ pharmacy are inexperienced due to the frequent turnover and rentention of staff, leading to poor customer service and incompetence of inexperienced staff.

What a wonderful Pharmacy, the owner is hands on and you always see here there. The staff is kind and helpful and the Vice President of Sales Edwin is very kind. He came to our school and donated items to place in children backpacks for our back to school fundraiser. In the middle of it all he was kind enough to explain the truly FREE medication delivery they advertise and what else they do in the pharmacy to one of our employees.
