Merrimack Valley Ortho Associates

Beside scheduling me for a 10 o'clock appointment and asking I come in at 15 beforehand (of which I came in 30 mins prior just to be courteous) to do paperwork and then let me sit there for 40 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Johnson was great. He took time to really look at my issues and even went over the x-rays with me. Making me wait cost yall 2 stars. You schedule someone for 10, don't make them wait 40 minutes. I almost walked/limped out of that place mad as hell.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience with this orthopedic doctor and their front desk staff. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They made me feel like I was a burden for simply checking in or asking basic questions. As for the doctor, I found them to be rushed, uninterested, and lacking in compassion. They barely listened to my concerns and offered very little explanation or guidance about my condition. The whole appointment felt like I was just another number being pushed through the system. This place seriously lacks basic respect and courtesy. I will never be going back and would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.

Dr.Malone is great! However, the there one receptionist (she has blonde hair and blue eyes) that was rude from day 1 and we had to be seen several times! We were treated the same way by her every visit! This receptionist was a know it all and told me there was no appointments on a specific day but after taking to the office manager this doctor had several openings and I was able to get my daughter in. Sadly when this injury is finally healed we will not be going back to this office! Orthopedic associates is much better. The only reason we went here was they could get us in the day after the injury occurred.

Front desk has always been very nice and accommodating in getting me right in for an appointment as I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. Dr Malone was very nice, listened to my problems and addressed them taking my needs into consideration. Thank you!

Dr Malone is fabulous absolutely loved having my daughter see him. Staff behind the desk makes it very uncomfortable never nice or happy. Just a very uncomfortable environment. Wish he worked in another office so my daughter could continue to see him.
