Circle Health Village Primary Care

I have been a patient for many years. Until recently, I have had no issues to speak of. I have tried to schedule my annual physical and was told to call back in April as they were getting new system. Now every time I get a message that states your session can not be completed at this time and I get disconnected. I am trying to get my prescriptions refilled and my pharmacy contacts me to tell me that they are getting no response??? I am not sure what is going on, but it all started when they moved. I love Dr. Connolly, but at this point, if I can't get through, what options do I have....

I was trying to sign up for a primary here. A gentleman called me back. I forget his name but he was very rude. Very poor tone when telling me I needed doctors records to sign up for a primary care here. Which is a stupid policy anyways. He didn’t even bother to collect my info. I could call my old primary but out of principle I will not be coming here based on the attitude of the person over the phone.

I called over 72 hours ahead of my meds ran out. I was on the phone at 4:30 with the office manager and was told my script was being filled. Didn't happen. I had to call the on call doctor to get my refill that I have been taking forever. Dr. Connely took care of it in 20 minutes. She's awesome.

Poor service, receptionists very rude, untrained and unprofessional. Didn’t even know how to transfer a call. Got disconnected 4+ times and heard them in the background asking how to transfer calls to the nurse. Appointment ran over hour late with no notice, follow up, or option to reschedule. Prescriptions were forgotten to be sent to the pharmacy. Will be changing ASAP.

I give them a call. Just to ask little questions. But they give me attitude
