Remedi SeniorCare

My mother is in assisted living; the facility uses Remedi for their meds. Doctors prescriptions go to Remedi and they send the meds to the facility pre packaged, it's about two hours away. Mom has Parkinsons and has very specific medications we've spent years tweaking. She needs on time with specific doses...or dyskinesia kicks in and other side effects. (think Michael J Fox) She started having more and more dyskinesia, we met with her doctor to tweak meds again, and again, she got worse, so doctor put her on other meds to control her stress and depression, which made very out of it she couldn't communicate well. Inquired about her meds several times, but told they are correct "Remedi sends them sealed". Not until we visited her for Christmas and I intercepted the nurse with Remedi's me

NOT contracted with "all long term care facilities" although given false statements in writing that they were by corporate office. Make sure your 2026 Medicare part D plan does contract with Remedi ohio, only very few are in network to get prescriptions filled at all through your insurance plan. Their Tampa FL office was closed, so null on those contracts. Only 2 high cost network plans are network in FL. Last week of 2026 enrollment, you get letter from insurance company stating Remedi is not in LTC pharmacy network for 2026. Best hurry and check your insurance plan or get lifetime late enrollment penalty due to Remedi seniorcare of Ohio's false information.

I appreciate the hard work put in. There is always a sense of urgency to get the demand and requests met. Many don't realize the steps and processes it takes to get meds prepared and delivered. Many are ignorant and content with everything being a convenience. The staff are constantly trying to maintain and meet clients demands and are successful. Everything requires communication - never had an issue

Remedi SeniorCare is a disappointment of a company. They don't care about their employees, nor do they care for seniors! Unfortunately they are more concerned with the bottom line than they are for providing quality healthcare services.

Absolutely disrespectful staff. Not impressed at all with what they are doing. Very disappointed in this care center, especially with it being in an area that I believe needs and deserves a much more professional and caring Senior care establishment.
