Dermatologists of Southwest Ohio | Troy (Suite 102)

Had an appointment with Dominique Hunt, waited for over 45 minutes in the lobby, then had to leave due to other obligations. Tried calling their phone number and couldn’t get anybody to pick up. Waited on hold for over 20 minutes. I’m not sure how they get good reviews when they don’t have any customer service that can be reached over the phone within a reasonable time.

Staff is great. New policy is that you must keep a credit card on file to be seen. After they bill your insurance whatever you owe is just pulled out of your account. No way for a payment plan if needed. I do not nor have I ever held an outstanding balance at this office. If my son didn’t need his medication refilled I would have walked out. Searching for a new dermatologist.

My daughter and I just wanted to let everyone know how kind everyone in the office is. It was my daughter's first visit being 21 and she felt very comfortable. Dr. Serrao is so kind, easy to get along with and passionate about his job. Overall, amazing experience! Thank you!

I visited the office after struggling with a different local dermatologist office where I was being seen for concerns regarding allergies. Christina did a great job of taking the time to listen to my concerns, provided me with treatment options, talked through each of them, and provided guidance on potential ingredients to be watchful for in the future. I appreciate the time she took and her thoughtful approach to treating patients. I highly recommend!

Dr. Trevino and his crew is amazing!! He listens, takes EVERYTHING into consideration, is very determined to help with the issues and genuinely cares ... Which is HARD to find these days!!
