Literally the worst dental place I’ve ever been to!! Stay away unless you want cracked teeth and root canals. I’m a 30yr male that hadn’t gone to the dentist in 5 years because I never had pain and always took care of my teeth. My wife scheduled me an appointment as just a check up. I was hesitant to going since I had 0 issues with my teeth but decided to anyway. I went and they said I had a small cavity they wanted to grind out and fill. I asked to see the xray. They showed me and pointed out where the cavity was. I couldn’t see anything there but decided to go ahead with it since I figured they were the experts and they knew what they were talking about. I am using an alias but am a woman of 44 years and have had a history of good teeth. MAK Dental told me I had four cavities that “needed immediate attention.” I got a second opinion elsewhere — zero cavities. Either MAK Dental’s equipment is magical, or their billing department is.

My kids and I have been going here for years. The dental staff is truly great and the front office staff is very friendly. The reason I chose to find another office was because of the billing situation. In 2024 I had a bill I had agreed to make payments on. Made a few payments, thought I had paid it all and figured I would be told if I did still have a balance. I never heard anything else about it either over the phone or at appointments. They tell my husband the best thing to do is cap her baby tooth, but do not check that either of our insurance providers cover it. I have gone to MAK dental for about 5 years but within the last 2 years I started to run into issues. I have two insurance policies at which they refused to bill correctly because of their birthday rule. They were billing the secondary as primary and primary as secondary, so the insurance company kept sending it back. After many phone calls between them and the insurance companies they started to get rude with me. I had a filling that they messed up and was charged for them to fix it, which did not work. They then told me that filling was secure and did not need replaced. I went to another dentist and they informed me that the filling was too deep and needed replaced. I had a cavity and the hygienist told me my teeth were rotting when I said I didn’t want a fluoride treatment. I’m 20 years

Our family has been going here for years and they are the best. Our 10 year old had a chip on her front tooth fixed today. She was nervous going in but they took great care of her and she is all smiles now!
