Premier Health Urgent Care - Troy

The staff was very professional and caring. I had made an on-line appointment and arrived about 5 minutes early. My wait was less than 2-3 minutes. I highly recommend Premier Health Urgent Care - Troy.

Called first to see if the location was open was given operating hours. Arrived for a Walk-in and was told due to snow they were not accepting walk-ins. Could have saved me a trip by telling us that over the phone. Receptionist had a bit of an attitude as well telling us to sit when we walked in only to immediately tell us to come back to the desk where ‘no walk-ins’ was brought up.

This urgent care in Troy OH use to be one of the best I have ever been too. The last 3 times using this urgent care has been a horrible experience. The customer service is awful. Not attending to the ones that have an appointment. Instead, attending to ones that are just walking in. PA’s here do not diagnose correctly and having to go to another doctor and getting billed from the urgent care for not getting the diagnoses. And then going to the doctor the day after and getting diagnosed from the same symptoms that needed an antibiotic. Not to sure if setting an appointment will even help the next patient. They do not abide by the system that they have set on their desk.

I recently had to make a trip to Troy’s Urgent care to be evaluated and x-rayed. The staff and services there were excellent!!!!

Tried to get seen, but was to close to closing, or that was what I was told. Got there at 8pm, there one other person in the waiting room, but they were not taking new patients. I guess they can only see one patient an hour. Typical premier behavior not sure why I am surprised!!
