I just spent 21 days at Rehab and for the most part my experience was a good one. The nurses were good, the techs, for the most part were good as well. I have to say there were three techs that went above and beyond! Rey, Dyamond and MOST OF ALL, your best Tech ever is TWEET! She made sure I was bathed which wasn’t always the case with some of them. She checked on me every time she was on shift even if I wasn’t her patient that day! Love her! Megan and Amy helped me build up my strength with PT/OT to finally go home! And Millie Grace…She is a sweetheart! I looked forward to spending an hour with her everyday! All three of them rock! Lucky also stopped by to hear my concerns as well. My biggest complaint was the food! I lost 17 pounds in there because i ate alot of mashed potatoes a

Most of the nurses and techs took really good care of my mother during her stay, they have a very nice newly renovated facility. A word to hospitals and rehab centers and people in general stay away from oatmeal and stop serving it, it blocks up people in a bad way. Take it off the menu please. On a positive note, the communication between all the different staff to my mother and our family was top tier and highly appreciated. There was one staff member I wont mention name or race that was as cold as ice to us, absolutely zero bed side manner coming from that one staff worker. Other than that everything else was great.

The staff really cares and it shows. They shows us so much compassion and empathy during our very difficult time. The nurses and assistants were very proactive and took excellent care of my mother. The patient education was also great. They showed us how to use the equipment to make sure that we didn’t injure our loved ones.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in the care of our sister, Marie Long, during her time at Encompass. From the moment we entered the facility, we were warmly welcomed by Yvonne, and every staff member who entered Marie’s room radiated positivity and enthusiasm for their work. Their exceptional kindness exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed by the promptness of their responses whenever Marie pressed her call button. Each time we had questions or concerns, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly, demonstrating remarkable patience and understanding. This includes everyone—from the nurses and technicians to the physical therapists and the night shift staff, who ensured Marie was comfortable and well cared for, as well as Trayce, who mainta

My husband was a patient and he was in very good hands. He was treated with dignity and well care for. The nurses and therapist were very polite and encouraged him to do just a little better than the day before. He always bragged to me how he did better today than yesterday. He was trying so hard and after seeing his lowest point in this past condition I was so proud of what he was accomplished. I figured he would be there for the full 2 weeks but he got out with only 1 week. He bragged on the food. He said that it was so delishus that he did not mind eating what the cook made up for him. They took extra care of his food as he can't chew very well. We both have used this facility before and if we need to go to a rehab again this will definitely be where you will find us. A big thank you to
