Peachtree Immediate Care - Phenix City

Our visit was great. We walked right in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We only waited about 5-10 minutes before being called to the back for our exam. The nurse who came to take the vitals and information was also very sweet with my little one (6 yo) and made her feel very calm. The longest part was waiting for our test results. The NP who came in to discuss the results was very efficient and informative. We will definitely go back if needed. I highly recommend.

The entire staff was amazing and had me feeling better by the time I left! They were very patient with me and Jessica, the nurse practitioner, was very knowledgeable about what I had going on. I was very hesitant to go to an urgent care, but I had no choice since my PCP was not able to get me in. They will definitely be my “go to” If I need an urgent care facility in the future. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The check in process was easy due to the wonderful young lady who helped check me in. The nursing staff was terrific. The nurse practitioner who took care of me took the time to listen to my concerns and developed a plan to get me feeling better as quick as possible. I will definitely go back when needed. Outstanding patient care, front desk clerk very helpful and kind, service with a smile. Both ladies in the back that took my vitals (Emma) and the one that administer my shot and did the x-ray were very professional and caring. Top-notch urgent care experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk was welcoming, and the wait time was minimal I was in and out in about an hour. The facility is clean and modern, and the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and thorough. I felt safe and well taken care of.
