Regional Pediatrics - Sutton Station

Fantastic practice. We have seen multiple doctors and all have been great but we love Dr. Miller. He has been so great with both of our boys. He spends time with us and is very caring and playful with our kids which really helps to make them comfortable. The front staff has always been so kind and helpful as well. I see a lot of reviews about wait times and while, yes, there can be long wait times, its because the doctors take excellent care of their patients and are very thorough - I would much rather wait and know that each patient is treated properly and all questions are answered. I can recommend this practice enough!

This review is just based off the phone call to get my three kids in as new patients. It was truly amazing and easy going!!!! I forgot the young woman name (I know she's African American) but she told me how diverse the doctors and staff is there. That's something that I like for my kids to see. But she made the scheduling so super easy and we even had a couples laughs in-between. I'm a Carolina fan and I told her I may just change to the other side to Duke because of how wonderful she was. This was just the phone call, I can only imagine how the doctors will be!

So thankful to have found this practice to care for my child’s needs. We had our first visit today. The administrative staff, nurses and Dr. Schwartz were all professional, genuine, kind, and honestly everything you want when it comes to people caring for your child! Thank you all so much. I’m so happy we now have a great medical “home.” I feel confident and am appreciative that my child will continue to receive care here.

So far the doctors have been amazing and the staff is always nice and friendly! The new patient appointment rules however are like nothing I’ve experienced before. If you have two kids you can’t make them appointments back to back and it takes 6-8 weeks to get an appointment if you are new, not much flexibility for larger families.

The whole staff was very polite and helpful. Many parents take heed to the simple things. I have never been treated so well at doctors visit for my child from the phone call to scheduling a follow up. I picked this office because the staff reflects its patients in diversity and respect. Dr.Martinez was thorough and honest; from now he will be the only provider my child will see. Overall the facility is in a easy location, its clean, and the staff is awesome!
