Regional Pediatrics - North Durham

I love this office have been going here for almost 16 years. Everyone in this office is amazing, so nice and friendly. They have diagnosed my some when he was a baby and very sick and he hospital didn’t want to deal with a baby with social anxiety. We spend 4 hours in the office the next day and come to find out he had silent pneumonia. Helped my daughter get on the right course of meds to help with her depression and combined adhd. Most recently took such good care of my almost 2 year old who was so sick. When we went to the hospital they were impressed with how thorough the labs the office did earlier in the day. The two doctors that seen her (Dr. Stephen’s and Dr. Rudderman) even sent my chart messages or called to see how she was doing. In 3 days we had 3 office visits and 2 hospital

Couldn't be happier with our experience at Regional Pediatrics. We are first time parents to a premature baby and we were recommended by friends to see Dr. Miller. I couldn't be more pleased with how thorough he is with our baby and how he pays attention to detail. I have been an ICU nurse for 10 years and am very picky about doctors. Dr. Miller has one of the best bedside manners I've ever seen in a doctor and he always answers our questions in a timely manner. If you are looking for a phenomenal pediatrician - look no further. I don't know what we would do without him!

I think this office is great! The staff work very hard and always take the time to answer any questions you may have while keeping a smile on their face and knowing they also have a ton of other patients waiting on them. People posting about wait times have never worked health care! Some patients take longer and can put your whole day behind! For as many providers they have the check in to me is great! The staff has a lot more work to do other then just checking you in and they have always done great with all my daughters visits. Health care is going to have a wait time and it’s the patients that put the staff behind and make the wait time longer. Difficult patients, moms with millions of questions, and kids that are really sick and need more time then a check up or common col visit! It’s

The receptionists, nursing staff, and Dr. Moore are very efficient and patient. We receive responses to our messages quickly and have availability to change or add appointments when needed. Dr. Moore listens to our concerns and is not pushy, but considerate of our opinions while still keeping our children safe.

Our experience has always been a positive one here. Check-in and wait times are pretty standard and haven’t been bad for us. Getting called back usually happens quickly (cool fish tank in the waiting area makes it easier regardless), and while we sometimes find ourselves waiting in the patient room for a bit, it hasn’t been unreasonable to this point. The staff are nice and the facility is clean and feels “professional.” We usually see Dr. Fisher, who is great with both our little ones. Whether the kiddos are sick or going for well visits, this place works great for us.
