I visited the regional medical facility in Douglasville, ga. I was created with your appointment has been cancelled and not sure anyone didn’t tell me. I asked why and was told that due to the time in between the last appt it had to be approved by a case manager. Going back to the week prior to setting the appointment,The case manager Kesha wanted to speak to my attorney first. I received a call back from a young lady I. The same day stating she was calling to set the appointment. I did so for today. Now, here I am sitting g I. The lobby a day before Thanksgiving, trying to reach my attorney and the case manager to get this matter resolved, so that I can be seen by the doctor. I felt that I should have been notified.

I was hurt in a car accident 10/15/21.i went here for care.i would say the 1st visit was ok the female dr! Is a no for me.i was very pleased with the staff otherwise the ladies are very pleasant and considerate.i recently returned to care at same location DR.FONG is awesome he is very attentive and and through.i felt safe and confident in his attitude and skill set.i would recommend this facility to anyone that needs care.ms A Mallory

Had an appointment booked for 7/20 at 5:30. So I get off work early drive in the pouring rain on I 20 so no one else can drive to show up to an unattended office. So I have lost money had so drive 40 min in a crummy environment and. Then call wait and be told to stay at the office that someone would call no one has. Just to call again an be told they close at 5 why is my appointment for 530 if they close at 5
