I have been attending the magical full moon floats with Ashley for a few months now. I truly can't explain in words just how great they are. Her energy and passion are always on point and welcoming. My massage with Ashley was magical. We did a little bit of reflexology, reiki, massage, and more! Since she charges just for her time it's nice to have different modalities. I'm looking forward to my next session. I'll be back soon!

I’ve been seeing Ashley for over two years now and I’ve never felt better! As a retired massage therapist I can say that Ashley knows her stuff! From hot stone spa massages to deep rotation work, Regeneration has something for everything that ails you. Beautiful space, well kept and sanitized, and appointments are always right on schedule. But the best thing? Ashley’s care and empathy for her clients.

Ashley is my go-to for any muscle issues. She is always willing to answer all my stupid questions, and totally nerds out about my problems. I've been recently trying to workout more intentionally, and that has resulted in a lot of "why can't I do what the instructor is telling me to do? I don't think my arm even bends that way?" She's able to take a look and let me know her hypothesis, along with giving me knowledge about the muscle groups involved. She goes above an beyond for me to make sure I am functioning the way I want to be. I love completing my Ashley-homework: strengthening muscle groups, and doing certain stretches to improve my quality of life. Everyone needs an Ashley in their corner. It's been the closest thing to gaining a manual for this body. I was just GIVEN it. No license
