Lashanda has been absolutely amazing with my grandma. She treats her with so much patience, kindness, and respect, and it truly shows how much she cares about the people she works with. She takes her time, explains everything, and always makes my grandma feel comfortable and safe. We appreciate her more than she knows. She’s been such a blessing to our family. ❤️

Regency has an amazing staff and most falls into this category of excellence. At this time the front desk receptionist Kelly gronpaulski is amazing! She is willing to assist with any matter and is caring. She is an unsung hero and deserves to be recognized. It is difficult dealing with so many families and different situations but she handles it every well with professionalism. Her commitment and dedication to assist with many situations is special. She also assists her coworkers and other staff members to complete any task at hand. Her work ethic and dedication should be an example for others to follow. Thank you!

My dad has been in the facility awhile now healing from pneumonia and being on a vent/trach after procedures done at Southwest General. He has been receiving excellent care and we are hopeful for his recovery and weaning off the vent!! TIFFANY F. Has taken care of him a bunch and she treats him with kindness and respect. While also keeping him motivated to keep healing. Thank You!

Lashonda H. was my grandmother’s nurse during the end of her life, and I cannot express how grateful we are for her. She treated my grandmother with such genuine care, gentleness, and dignity. Even on days when she wasn’t assigned to her, she would still stop in to say hello to my grandma and to our family. We are forever thankful that she was part of my grandmother’s care.

Sheri, LaShonda, and Kristin are very good RN. My wife has had many ups and downs over the last three months and these nurses have not only been excellent of the medical treatment but have been wonderful in keeping my wife's spirits up. Donna, the Respitory Therapist has been a friend and pushes my wife to get to the goal of getting off the Trach.
