I went way too long with a 103.6 temperature and just alternated ibuprofen/tyelonal every 6-8 hours until I was like that for 4 days of misery bc I didn’t want an ER bill. Nowa was amazing and Dr Edward was so kind. They were so quick and efficient and took care all of my needs so quickly. So greatful to have found them and would recommend them to anyone!

I had an amazing experience it was a Saturday evening and also a gender reveal for my granddaughter. Their compassion was amazing. The physician assistant made me feel very safe with his treatment. The nurse took extra Care with my injury. I was back at the gender reveal within the hour.

I love the Middleburg Heights location. Friendly & professional staff, always answering any questions or concerns I may have. While all the providers there are great, my all time favorite is Monica. I have seen her many times and she is always so easy to talk to and very understanding, always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. Sherry at the front desk is so kind and pleasant to talk to. I went there a week or so ago to get checked out because of a concern about bronchitis. I had it in April and was afraid I was getting it again. They gave me a thorough exam and listened to all my concerns. Listening to my chest they did hear some raspiness and prescribed antibiotics and some symptomatic relief meds. I believe the bronchitis was averted and I am in a better place. Thank you Health Express Urgent Care.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the Middleburg Hts Express Care Center. My appointment from beginning to end was perfect. The front desk staff is welcoming and Kara, the PA-C was everything you'd expect a professional clinician to be. It was so nice to have a discussion with your provider versus just being "talked at." I would 100% come back to this facility in the future. Thanks again for a flawless experience.
