The staff is all new. They are compassionate and caring people. They go above and beyond to accommodate patients. The front and clinical staff explain everything upfront and are very transparent. The doctor is very kind and matter-of-fact about treatment, she explains everything in easy to understand terms.

I have been a Hudec Dental patient for over 30 years. I recently had cause to see Dr. Sofia Xofylli, Orthodontist at HD Orthodontics, in Middleburg Heights. I had a very positive experience meeting the staff and Dr. Xofylli. I am only rating the experience with 4 stars because of the policy Hudec Dental has of charging 3% surcharge for using a credit card. This practice started only 3 or 4 years ago, mostly with small retailers. Now it has become the norm for even large businesses to tack on 3 or 3.5% at checkout. Call me cheap, but I am not a fan of paying more than I already am because I use a credit card, especially when the business will not accept cash. I hope Hudec will rethink this policy. I’ll bet I am not the only one who has a problem with this.
